Develop brand identity and a look book for initial tenant and office leasing. Brand should be lively, to reflect the creative, repurposed architecture of the property.

MARK
The m is stacked atop the k and t characters to avoid mkt being read as 'market', a common abbreviation used in the area. To help sell the mark, early collateral mockups were made to show how color and imagery could extend throughout the brand.
